Membership is available to qualified patients who reside in the State of California. To become a member, a valid California ID and a current Physician’s recommendation for the use of medical cannabis is required. Kind Deliveries verifies all physician’s recommendations before providing services to members.

Please fill out form and also send us a copy of your current (un-expired) Doctor's Recommendation and ID (gov't issued). We will call you right back and set up a delivery.
