Mountain Kush is an indica hybrid created by crossing Afghani Kush and Skunk #1.

Mountain Kush was recently added to our menu for the first time.  Surprised by the genetic lineage of Afghani and Skunk and I don't really smell or taste either of those.  What I can say for sure is Mountain Kush is tasty, smooth and heavy.  A bit of a euphoric kick in the first couple hits, but quickly transitions to a very relaxed state.  This is probably my favorite strain on the menu currently for my last bowl of the night to help me conk out.

Medicinal Uses:

THC dominant Indica strains such as Mountain Kush tend to act as more of a sedative or relaxant for most people.  Many patients have reported great success in treating the symptoms of medical conditions such as anxiety, chronic pain, insomnia, muscle spasms, digestive issues and tremors.

Some people, particularly those who have been diagnosed ADD or ADHD can have the Indica/Sativa scale flip on them.  For many of these patients Indicas will provide the effects typical of Sativas.  This can cause THC dominant Indica strains such as Mountain Kush to tend to act as more of a stimulant with a cerebral or "heady" high.   These patients will likely have better success treating symptoms in the areas of appetite stimulation, relieving depression, migraines, chronic pain and nausea.
