Purple Glue

Summary

Tasty and heavier feeling than most hybrids.  A good choice if looking for a single strain to take the edge of after a long day without getting stuck on the couch, yet will transition to a heavier, decent sleep aid and the night goes on.

Genetics and General Information

Cross of Las Vegas Purple Kush and Gorilla Glue #4.  On the heavier side for a hybrid.  Despite the genetics being more hybrid, we nearly listed it as an indica due to how it smokes.

Review

We smoked this strain a few times before adding it to the menu.  Genetics show it as a hybrid, but it is pretty stoney by typical hybrid standards.  Heavy and relaxing.  Purple genetics tend to feel more relaxing that "stoney", but we certainly felt stoned after we smoked a J of this tasty treat.  Troy and Mike are trying to get a full review done soon.

Medical Uses

THC dominant Hybrid strains such as Purple Glue can vary in effectiveness for a wide range of ailments. Patients may find relief from pain, anxiety, stress, digestive issues, migraines, insomnia, muscle spasms or tremors, depression, nausea, and can provide appetite stimulation.

Many patients who smoke for minor symptoms like aches and pain with mild stress or insomnia or just to take the edge off of life without wanting to get super stoned or high are frequently fond of low to moderate strength hybrids.

Keep in mind that technically all strains are hybrids and there is no such thing as a pure indica or sativa.  Also everyone is different in how they react to medical marijuana.  Some hybrids can express themselves very much as an indica or a sativa.  Others will make you feel like you just smoked an excellent indica and a sativa.
